"Koen paints on a daily basis, I didn't paint for over 20 years but I feel a lot like doing so.

We will be working in the analogue room I made for my show in de Lakenhal in 2009. The room will be rebuilt in the Centraal Museum Studio. The recipe is to paint alternately on walls and ceiling, without consent or final goal, always a new layer on top of each others 'work', indiscriminately.

We are both aiming for a point where control gives way to direct experience. No idea what the outcome will be."
